Kali Gandaki is a sacred river named after Kali, a Hindu goddess. This is a fun and challenging river and is considered to be one of the holiest rivers in all of Nepal. Villages and temples can be found throughout the entire trip giving you a wonderful cultural view of rural Nepal. It is a class 3-4 river which is more difficult and continuous than the Trishuli.
Kali Gandaki Expedition is a complete delightful invitation to all rafters from beginners to the most intrepid of adventurers. This rafting trip begins from put-in site at Nayapul and concludes at Ramdighat with a drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu or a flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. The river trip takes us to steep canyon overhung with verdant vegetation and punctuated by small waterfalls and side streams in counterpoint to rapids providing class III to IV+ runs. As we descend through lush rainforests, we witness unique wildlife, amazing ethno-cultural heritages, fascinating village settlements and picturesque landscape.

Day 2: Drive to Nayapul & Overnight camping at river side
Day 3: Raft up to Mirmighat
Day 4: Raft up to Ramdighat & drive or flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu
